Terms & Conditions (2026)
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the bookkeeping and accounting services provided by Zohar Enterprises LLC Accounting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
We provide bookkeeping and accounting services including, but not limited to, the following (as applicable to your selected service plan):
Core Bookkeeping Services
• Transaction categorization
• Bank and credit card reconciliation
• Financial statement preparation
• Accounts payable management
• Accounts receivable management
• Payroll coordination
• Sales tax tracking
• Expense and receipt management
• Cleanup and catch‑up bookkeeping
• Software setup, optimization, and training
Optional / Add‑On Services
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cash‑flow planning
• KPI dashboards
• Quarterly review meetings
• Year‑end tax preparation support
• 1099 preparation
Advanced & Strategic Services (offered at our discretion)
• Cost allocation and job costing
• Break‑even analysis
• Scenario modeling
• KPI dashboard design
• Cash‑burn rate monitoring
Operational & Workflow Services
• Document digitization and audit‑trail setup
• Workflow automation consulting
• Recurring billing and subscription management
• Inventory valuation and COGS tracking
Compliance & Reporting Services
• Multi‑state sales tax compliance
• Grant and fund accounting
• 1099/contractor classification audits
• Year‑end close and CPA liaison support
Industry‑Specific Services
• Real estate: rent roll reconciliation, CAM charges
• E‑commerce: Shopify/Xero integration, SKU‑level profitability
• Creative agencies: time‑tracking to P&L mapping
• Healthcare: insurance reimbursement tracking
Security & Risk Services
• Fraud detection and internal controls review
• Backup and redundancy planning
Note: Advanced, strategic, and specialized services are not included in standard bookkeeping packages and may be accepted or declined at our discretion.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information
• Grant access to necessary financial accounts or software
• Respond to information requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Maintain responsibility for all tax filings unless explicitly included in your service plan
We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by missing, incomplete, or incorrect information.
4. Fees & Payment
• Fees are billed monthly or per project, depending on your service plan.
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
• Late payments will result in paused services and/or late fees.
• All fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is not guaranteed or locked and may change at any time with notice.
5. Accuracy & Limitations
We strive for accuracy and professionalism; however:
• We rely on the information you provide.
• We do not guarantee outcomes based on incomplete or inaccurate data.
• We do not provide legal or tax advice unless explicitly stated in writing.
• We are not liable for penalties, fees, or losses resulting from delays, missing documents, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not share your data with third parties except:
• As required by law
• With your written permission
• With trusted service providers who assist in delivering our services (e.g., accounting software platforms)
7. Data & Software Access
You may be required to grant us access to bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks Online, Wave, or Xero.
• You retain ownership of all financial data.
• We may revoke access or pause work if invoices remain unpaid.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
• All outstanding invoices must be paid
• We will return client documents and remove access to accounts
• No refunds will be issued for partial months of service
9. Acceptance of Terms
By signing the service agreement or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
